The UW Medicine Long COVID Clinic consists of multiple clinicians located across various UW Medicine care sites including Harborview Medical Center’s (HMC) Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic, Adult Medicine Clinic, and the Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Program (CORP), as well as the UW Medicine Primary Care clinics in Northgate and Shoreline. All of our providers maintain patients at their home clinics in addition to seeing Long COVID patients.
